The right live event embroidery setup starts with the line, not the machine. Decide where guests enter, where they choose the art, where the crew produces the item, and where finished merch leaves the table.
Choose products that match the method
trucker hats, beanies, patches, totes, hoodies, aprons can all work, but the event should focus on a small menu that can be produced cleanly.
Give artwork time
blank and thread planning, logo digitizing, guest-name capture, on-site operator flow should happen before the venue load-in whenever possible.
